New Delhi: The National General Assembly of Popular Front of India (PFI) held in Calicut from January 9-11 has elected the functionaries of the organization and the members of National Executive Council for the next two years.
The general assembly meeting also resolved to merge three state level organizations – National Development Front of Kerala, Manitha Neethi Pasarai of Tamilnadu and Karnataka Forum for Dignity into Popular Front of India. These state level organizations shall hence forth act as the state branches of Popular Front, decided the meeting. “The National General Assembly hoped that this unification would help the ongoing efforts aimed at the empowerment of marginalized classes,” PFI said.
Newly elected functionaries are as follows: Chairman, E.M. Abdul Rahiman; Vice Chairman, A. Sayeed; General Secretary, K.M. Shareef; Secretary, O.M. Abdul Salam and Treasurer, Sheikh Dahlan Baqavi.
Following are the members of the National Executive Council: E. Abubacker, Prof. P. Koya, Adv. K. P. Muhammed Shareef, Moideen Kutty Faizy, Muhammed Ali Jinnah, Dr. Mahboob Shariff Awad, Basheer Ahmed, Yasir Hassan, Moulana Usman Baig Rashadi, Anis Ahmed.
The PFI general assembly has passed a three-point resolution.
The PFI demanded Government of India to put pressure on UN to bring to an end the violence in Gaza and establish peace. The organization also appealed to the government to repeal recently enacted laws on terrorism “since their clauses are in violation of the basic principles of natural justice and human rights.”
The Popular Front has called upon the people belonging to marginalized classes to put an end to the negative political strategy of tactical voting and work for political mobilization which will ultimately provide them due share in power.
The meeting reviewed the preparations for the forthcoming National Political Conference to be held at Calicut on 13-15 February 2009 and expressed the hope that the conference would prove to be landmark in the path of struggles for rights and justice in India.

TN, Kerala and Karnataka groups form new Front in south

Kozhikode (PTI): Three organisations functioning independently in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka have come together to form "Popular Front of India" which will work for the 'empowerment of marginalised classes in the region'.
"National Development Front (Kerala), Manitha Neethi Pasarai (Tamil Nadu) and Karnataka Forum for Dignity have now merged together to form the 'Popular Front of India'," its newly-elected Chairman Abdurehman told reporters here on Monday.
A decision to this effect was taken at the three-day general assembly of the Front held at Manjeri in neighbouring Malappuram district which concluded yesterday, he said.
While A Sayed would be the Vice-Chairman of the Front, K M Sharif and Sheikh Dahlan Baqvi have been elected as the General Secretary and Treasurer respectively.
A 10-member Executive Committee was also formed at the meeting which urged the Centre to rush relief material to the suffering people of Palestine and use its good offices with the UN to end the ongoing crisis there.
Asked if the NDF has joined the PFI to escape the accusations of being 'extremist' in nature, Abdurehman said NDF always stood for empowering the marginalised classes and would continue to work for it as PFI's state unit now.
On whether PFI would support any political party during the elections, he said the Front was holding a meeting here from tomorrow where such issues would be discussed.

புஷ் சூ ஆனார்

பாதுகாப்புக்கு மத்தியில், முன்கூட்டியே அறிவிக்கப்படாத விஜயம் ஒன்றை மேற்கொண்டு அமெரிக்க அதிபர் புஷ் பாக்தாத்தை சென்றடைந்தார்.அங்கு ஈராக் அதிபருடன் அவர் ஊடகவியாளர்களை சந்தித்துப் பேசினார்.
அங்கு அவர் உரையாற்றிக் கொண்டிருக்கையில்,ஈராக் ஊடகவியாளர் ஒருவர் பாதணியால் தாக்கினார்.அமெரிக்க அதிபர் பதவியிலிருந்து ஓய்வு பெறும் ஜார்ஜ் புஷ் கடைசி முறையாக ஈராக்குக்கு விஜயம் செய்தார். தலைநகர் பாக்தாத் வந்த அவர் பிரதமர் நூரி அல் மாலிக்கை சந்தித்துப் பேசினார்.
பதவியிலிருந்து ஓய்வு பெறுவதற்கு முன்பு கடைசி முறையாக ஈராக் வர வாய்ப்பு கிடைத்ததற்காக மகிழ்ச்சி அடைவதாக அவர் மாலிக்கியிடம் தெரிவித்தார்.
பின்னர் இரு தலைவர்களும் கூட்டாக செய்தியாளர்களைச் சந்தித்தனர். முதலில் மாலிக்கி பேசினார். பின்னர் புஷ் பேசத் தொடங்கினார்.
அப்போது திடீரென அரபி மொழியில் சத்தமாக கத்தியபடி ஒரு நிருபர் எழுந்தார். ஈராக் மக்கள் உனக்கு அளிக்கும் கடைசி குட்பை முத்தம் இதுதான், நாயே என்று கோபமாக கூறியபடி தனது ஷூக்களை அடுத்தடுத்து புஷ்ஷை நோக்கி ராக்கெட் போல வீசினார்.
முதல் ஷூ பாய்ந்து வந்தபோது புஷ் தலையைக் குணிந்து தப்பினார். அந்த ஷூ பின்னால் உள்ள சுவரின் மீது பட்டு விழுந்தது. 2வது ஷூ வீசப்பட்டபோது அதைப் பிடிக்க ஈராக் பிரதமர் மாலிக்கி முயன்றார். ஆனால் முடியவில்லை. இருப்பினும் அந்த ஷூவும் புஷ்ஷை உரசியபடி சென்று விழுந்தது.
இந்த சம்பவத்தால் புஷ் அதிர்ச்சி அடைந்தார். அவரது முகம் பேயறைந்தது போல மாறியிருந்ததைக் காண முடிந்தது.
இந்த சம்பவத்தால் பெரும் பரபரப்பு ஏற்பட்டது. பாதுகாப்புப் படையினர் சுதாரித்துக் கொண்டு அந்த நிருபரை மடக்கிக் கைது செய்து அங்கிருந்து அப்புறப்படுத்தினர்.
அவர் எகிப்து நாட்டைச் சேர்ந்த டிவி நிறுவன செய்தியாளர் என்பது விசாரணையில் தெரிய வந்தது.
மத்திய கிழக்கு நாடுகளில் ஒருவர் மீது செருப்பு அல்லது ஷூவை தூக்கி வீசினால் அது மிகப் பெரிய அவமானமாக கருதப்படும் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
பி்ன்னர் நிலைமை சகஜமானது. அதன் பிறகு புஷ் பேசுகையில், அரசியல் கூட்டத்தின்போது நடப்பதைப் போல இப்போது நடந்து விட்டது. மக்களின் கவனத்தைக் கவர செய்யப்படும் செயல் இது. அந்த நபரின் (செய்தியாளர்) கவலை என்ன என்று எனக்குத் தெரியவில்லை. ஏன் இப்படி நடந்து கொண்டார் என்பதும் எனக்குப் புரியவில்லை என்றார் புஷ்.
பதவி விலகிச் செல்லும்போது பாக்தாத்தில் புஷ்ஷுக்குக் கிடைத்த இந்த வரவேற்பு அமெரிக்காவிலும் அதிர்ச்சி அலைகளை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது

மும்பையில் நடத்தப்பட்ட இந்த கொடூர தாக்குதலின் பின்னணியில் இருப்பது ஹிந்து தீவிரவாதிகளே. ஹிந்துத்துவ தீவிரவாதிகளை இந்த வழக்கிலிருந்து வேறுபடுத்தி பார்க்க கூடாது. அவர்களை இவ்வழக்கில் இந்து நீக்கிவிடவும் முடியாது என்று சீன அரசின் அதிகாரப்பூர்வ செய்தியில் குறிப்பிடபட்டுள்ளது.

இந்தியாவில் உள்ள சீனு அரசின் பத்திரிக செய்தியாளர் குறிப்பிடுகையில் மும்பை தாக்குதலில் ஈடுபடடவர்களின் புகைப்படங்களையும், வீடியோக்களையும் ஊடகங்கள் வெளியிட்டுள்ளன அவற்றில் மக்கள கவணிக்க மறந்த ஒன்று இந்த தாக்குதலில் ஈடுபட்டவர்கள் அனவைரும் தங்கள் வலது கையில் ஹிந்துத்துவ தீவிரவாதிகள் அணியும் காவி நூலை கட்டியிருப்பதுதான்.
குஜராத்தில் முஸ்லிம்கள் மீது தாக்குதல் நடத்தியவர்களும், அஸ்ஸாமிலும், ஒரிஸாவிலும் கிருத்துவ மக்கள் மீது தாக்குதல் நடத்தும் ஹிந்துத்துவ தீவிரவாதிகள் எப்போதும் இதுபோல் தங்கள் வலது கையில் காவி நூலை அணிந்திருப்பது வழக்கம்.
சீனா மட்டுமல்லாது உலகின் பல நாடுகளின் உளவுத்துறைகளும் ஹிந்துத்துவ அமைப்புகள் மீது தங்கள் சந்தேகத்தை பதித்துள்ள நிலையில் இந்திய ஊடகங்கள் மட்டும் திரும்ப திரும்ப "முஸ்லிம் தீவிரவாதிகள்" பாடலை தொடாந்து பாடிக் கொண்டிருப்பது யாரை காப்பாற்ற என்றுதான் தெறியவில்லை.
உண்மைகளை இந்திய உளவுத்துறையும், காவல்துறையும் தான் வெளிக்கொணர வேண்டும். இந்த வழக்கில் யார் முக்கிய விசாரனை நடத்த வேண்டுமோ அந்து முக்கிய நபரான ATS தலைவர் மேந்த் கர்கரே உட்பட முக்கிய அதிகாரிகள் கொல்லப்பட்டுள்ளனர். இவர்கள் தான் இந்த மும்பை தாக்குதல் நடத்திய தீவிரவாதிகளின் முதல் குறியாக இருந்துள்ளனர். இதில் இருந்தே நாம் புறிந்து கொள்ளலாம் இந்த தாக்குதலின் பின்னணி யார் என்று. திரு. ஹேமந்த் கர்கரே அவர்கள் மறைந்தாலும் அவரைப்போன்ற பல நியாயமான நேர்மையான அதிகாரிகள் இன்னும் இந்திய காவல்துறை உளவு நிறுவனங்களில் உள்ளனர் அப்படிப்பட்ட அதிகாரிகளை கொண்டு இந்த தாக்குதலின் உண்மை முகங்களை மக்கள் முன் அடையாளப்படுத்த வேண்டும். ஆட்சியிலும் அதிகாரத்திலும் உள்ளவர்கள் இந்த தீவிரவாதிகளுக்கு அஞ்சாமல் இதை செய்வார்களா? பொறுத்திருந்து பார்ப்போம்.

குஜராத் வீடியோ-''கர்ப்பிணியின் வயிற்றை வெட்டி சிசுவை வெளியே வீசினேன்!''குஜராத்தில் முதல்வர் நரேந்திர மோடியின் ஆசிர்வாதத்தோடும், உதவியோடும் தான் மதக் கலவரத்தை நல்லபடியாக நடத்தினோம் என பாஜக, விஎச்பி, பஜ்ரங் தள் ஆகிய அமைப்புகளைச் சேர்ந்தவர்கள் வெளிப்படையாக கூறியுள்ளனர்.இதை தெகல்கா இதழ் ரகசியமாக வீடியோ எடுத்து வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. இந்தியா டுடே மற்றும் தெகல்கா ஆகியவை இணைந்து நடத்திய இந்த ரகசிய ஆபரேசனில் குஜராத் மதக் கலவரத்தின் இன்னொரு பக்கம் வெளியே வந்துள்ளது.குஜராத்தில் வன்முறை வெடிக்கக் காரணமாக இருந்தது கோத்ரா ரயில் தீ விபத்து. சுமார் 50க்கும் மேற்பட்ட அப்பாவி ராம பக்தர்கள் பலியான இந்தச் சம்பவத்தைத் தொடர்ந்து தான் வன்முறை தொடங்கியது.கோத்ரா தொகுதியின் பாஜக எம்எல்ஏவான ஹரேஷ் பட் பஜ்ரங் தள் அமைப்பின் தேசிய துணைத் தலைவராகவும் உள்ளார். இவரையும் குஜராத் வன்முறையில் நேரடியாகப் பங்கு கொண்ட 7 பேரையும், மோடிக்கு மிக நெருக்கமான அரசு வழக்கறிஞரையும் மேலும் 5 பேரையும் தெகல்கா நிருபர்கள் குழு ரகசியமாய் நெருங்கியது.அவர்களிடம் குஜராத் வன்முறை குறித்து பேசியது. அப்போது அதை ரகசியமாய் கேமராக்களிடம் படம் பிடித்தது.ஆனால், தாங்கள் படம் பிடிக்கப்படுவது தெரியாமல் எப்படியெல்லாம் வன்முறையை நடத்தினோம், எப்படி ஒரு கர்ப்பிணி முஸ்லீம் பெண்ணின் வயிற்றைக் கிழித்து உள்ளே இருந்த சிசுவை வெளியே எடுத்துப் போட்டு வெட்டினோம் என்பதையெல்லாம் 'பெரிய சாதனையாக' இவர்கள் பேசியுள்ளனர்.தெகல்கா நடத்திய இந்த ஆபரேசனுக்கு தலைமை வகித்தவர் அதன் நிருபரான ஆஷிஷ் கெய்தான். அவர் 'விஎச்பியும் இந்துத்துவாவும்' என்ற புத்தகம் எழுதப் போகிறேன். அதற்காக கருத்துக்கள், விவரங்களைத் திரட்டி வருகிறேன் என்று கூறித்தான் இவர்களை நெருங்கியுள்ளார்.கிட்டத்தட்ட 6 மாத காலமாக இவர்களிடம் பேசி, அதை ரகசியமாக வீடியோ எடுத்து வந்துள்ளார் கெய்தான்.இந்த வீடியோவில் அவர்கள் பேசியுள்ளது மிக பயங்கரமாக உள்ளது.வன்முறைக்கு டைம் கொடுத்த மோடி..கோத்ரா எம்எல்ஏவான பட் கூறுகையில், கோத்ரா ரயில் எரிப்பு சம்பவம் நடந்தவுடன் மோடி தலைமையில் பாஜக பிரமுகர்கள், பஜ்ரங் தள், விஎச்பி, ஆர்எஸ்எஸ் அமைப்பினனரின் கூட்டம் நடந்தது. அதில் நான் உங்களுக்கு 3 நாட்கள் நேரம் தருகிறேன். அதற்குள் என்ன வேண்டுமானாலும் (வன்முறை, கொலை, தாக்குதல்) செய்து கொள்ளுங்கள். ஆனால், 3 நாட்களுக்குப் பின் நான் சட்டம் ஒழுங்கை நிலைநாட்டியாக வேண்டும் என்றார்.மேலும் நரோடா பாட்டியாவில் பெரிய அளவில் ெகாலைகள் நடந்த பின்னர் அதற்காக எங்களை மோடி அழைத்துப் பாராட்டினார் என்று கூறியுள்ளார் பட்.போலீஸ் உதவியோடு பாம் தயாரித்தோம்...விஎச்பியைச் சேர்ந்த அனில் படேல், தாபல் ஜெயந்தி படேல் ஆகியோர் கூறுகையில், விஎச்பி தொண்டர்தள் எனது தொழிற்சாலையில் தான் குண்டுகளைத் தயாரித்தனர். ராக்கெட் லாஞ்சர்களைக் கூட தயாரித்து முஸ்லீம்கள் மீது தாக்குதல் நடத்தினோம். இதற்கு போலீசாரும் எங்களுக்கு உதவியாக இருந்தனர்.பெண்ணின் வயிற்றை கத்தியால் வெட்டினேன்....பஜ்ரங் தள் தலைவர் பாபு பஜ்ரங்கி கூறுகையில், நான் அந்த கர்ப்பிணி முஸ்லீம் பெண்ணின் வயிற்றை கத்தியால் வெட்டினேன். அதிலிருந்த சிசுவை எடுத்து வெளியே எரிந்து வெட்டினேன் என்று கூறியுள்ளார்.மதன் சாவல் என்ற பாஜக தொண்டர் கூறுகையில், முன்னாள் காங்கிரஸ் எம்பி ஜாப்ரி தனது பகுதி முஸ்லீம்களை காப்பாற்ற முயன்றார். தனது வீட்டில் அவர்களுக்கு அடைக்கலம் தந்தார். இதையடுத்து நாங்கள் வாள்களுடன் அவரது வீட்டை முற்றுகையிட்டோம். அப்போது கை நிறைய பணத்தை அள்ளிக் கொண்டு வந்த ஜாப்ரி இதை வைத்துக் கொண்டு அனைவரையும் விட்டுவிடுமாறு கூறினார்.நாங்கள் சரி என்றோம். பணத்தைக் கொடுத்த அவர் கதவைத் திறந்தார். அப்போது வீட்டுக்குள் நுழைந்து அவரைப் பிடித்தோம். இருவர் கையை பிடித்துக் கொள்ள நான் அவரது கைகளை வெட்டினேன் பின்னர் அவரது மர்ம உறுப்பை வெட்டி எரிந்தோம். பின்னர் அவரை துண்டு துண்டாக்கி எரித்துவிட்டோம். அவர் வைத்திருந்த பணத்தையும் எடுத்துக் கொண்டோம் என்று கூறியுள்ளார்.இன்னொரு தொண்டர் கூறுகையில், நரேந்திர மோடியால் தான் நான் சிறையில் இருந்து வெளியே வந்தேன். அவர் நீதிபதிகளை இடமாற்றம் செய்து தனக்கு வேண்டியவர்களை நியமித்ததால் தப்பித்தேன் என்றார்.இவை அனைத்தும் வீடியோவில் அப்பட்டமாக அப்படியே பதிவாகியுள்ளன.குஜராத்தில் சட்டமன்றத் தேர்தல் நடக்கவுள்ள நிலையில் வெளியாகியுள்ள இந்த வீடியோ பெரும் பரபரப்பை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது.வெடிகுண்டுகள்

Though civil society groups and human rights activists have been vocal about the role of these outfits all through the genocide, only a few of their members have been implicated on charges of murder and rioting. Babu Bajrangi, a Bajrang Dal zealot, is among the few facing trial for their role in the massacre. By and large, most rioters from the VHP and Bajrang Dal, particularly its top leadership, walked away with blood on their hands. It’s not difficult to see why. The Bajrang Dal and the VHP are nothing but extensions of the BJP, which was in power in the state at the time and also led the coalition government at the Centre. During the investigation, TEHELKA found out how leaders of the VHP and the Bajrang Dal had planned the pogrom. To execute their plan “effectively”, they required military hardware, they required weapons more sophisticated and lethal than swords, knives and tridents, arms better suited to hand-to-hand combat. They needed an arsenal that could kill in large numbers. The TEHELKA investigation found that the VHP and the Bajrang Dal had transformed themselves into terror outfits that manufactured and distributed bombs, rocket launchers and firearms in large quantities after the Godhra incident.
